A supplier we know of had the better product. Lower price, too. They still lost the contract.
Their buyer moved procurement into SAP Ariba and gave suppliers a window to connect a PunchOut catalogue. A competitor connected. They didn't — and the category moved without them. We build that connection for suppliers who have just been handed the same deadline.
PunchOut, PO, ASN and invoicing for SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle and JAGGAER — over cXML and OCI.
The Hidden Cost of Manual Procurement
B2B buyers are demanding digital purchasing experiences. Relying on PDF quotes, manual data entry, and email chains isn't just slow — it's costing you deals and compliance fines.
Manual Data Entry Friction
Your buyers are tired of manually re-keying your catalog items into their ERP systems. This friction leads to "Maverick Spend" — where buyers choose a competitor simply because they offer an easier purchasing flow.
Catalog & Pricing Errors
Using static PDFs or Excel sheets means your catalog is out of date the moment you send it. This causes pricing disputes, out-of-stock orders, and strained buyer relationships.
Compliance & Rejection Risks
Invoices sent via unformatted emails are frequently rejected by enterprise accounts. Without an automated ASN/Invoice loop, you face delayed payments and compliance risks.

What we actually do
A buyer has told you their procurement system requires a PunchOut catalogue, or electronic invoicing, or both. We build the connection that satisfies that requirement, deal with the buyer's technical team on your behalf, and keep it working afterwards.
The endpoint
A cXML or OCI PunchOut endpoint that your buyer's system can open a session against, hosted and monitored by us. Your buyer clicks your name inside Ariba or Coupa and lands on your catalogue, already identified as themselves.
Buyer-specific pricing
Each buyer sees the terms you agreed with them, not your list prices. This is usually the part existing ecommerce platforms cannot do, and the part that decides how much work an integration really is.
The documents afterwards
Purchase orders into your system, advance shipping notices out, and cXML invoices that reconcile against the order they belong to — so they clear matching instead of landing in an exception queue.
The buyer conversation
Credential exchange, cXML validation, test order cycles and go-live approval, handled directly with their technical team. This is the part suppliers most often underestimate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which buyer procurement systems can you connect to?
SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud and E-Business Suite, and JAGGAER, plus other systems that speak standard cXML or OCI. If your buyer uses something less common, send us what they have given you and we will tell you whether it is supported before you commit to anything.
How quickly can we go live?
The build is two to four weeks for a PunchOut catalogue against an existing site, three to six weeks when purchase orders and invoicing are included, and four to eight weeks when the catalogue itself needs building. What follows is the buyer’s own testing queue, which is usually the longer half and which no supplier or vendor controls.
Do you handle buyer coordination and testing?
Yes, directly with the buyer’s technical team — connectivity setup, cXML validation, test order cycles and go-live approval. This is the part suppliers most often underestimate, and handing it back to you would defeat the purpose of outsourcing the integration.
How does pricing work as we add more buyers?
Additional buyer connections are $450 once, not a recurring fee. Your monthly cost is set by the tier you are on, not by how many buyers are connected to it — a supplier with four buyers pays the same monthly figure as one with a single buyer.
What if we don’t have a website or digital catalogue?
That is the Full Enablement tier. We consolidate whatever product data you have, structure and classify it, build a catalogue site designed for procurement buyers, and connect it. Most of the work is the data rather than the site.
What does PunchOut actually change for us?
Orders arrive as structured data instead of emailed PDFs, so nobody rekeys them and rekeying errors stop reaching your invoices. Your catalogue becomes the default path inside the buyer’s system rather than something they have to raise a manual requisition against. We are a new company and will not quote you efficiency statistics we have not measured — but that is the mechanism, and it is why buyers mandate it.
